Sandra Lacks

I’m an experienced administrator with nearly 25 years in education.  I am originally from Florida and a lifelong Florida Gators fan!  My work is driven by a strong commitment to helping students succeed beyond high school. I believe every student deserves the opportunity to find a path that aligns with their interests and strengths, and I’m passionate about supporting them as they explore those options.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mother to two daughters who keep me busy and grounded. I enjoy watching sports, scary movies, and thanks to my teenagers, more reality TV than I ever expected.

As both an administrator and a mother of two teenaged daughters, I understand firsthand the challenges of guiding teenagers who are eager to assert their independence but are still learning what that truly means. This dual perspective strengthens my commitment to helping students navigate this critical stage with support, structure, and encouragement.
